Lana’s 1:1 somatic coaching and yoga therapy sessions are an invitation to find home in the body and to reconnect to a sense of physical and psychological wholeness and well-being – your support into a gentle, deep and sustainable transformation.

If you find yourself going through a period in your life where you desire to feel held and seen, these sessions can support you on this journey through nervous system regulation, somatic intelligence and attunement to self-embrace.

Our sessions are guided by the material that you bring in and the present-moment capacity of your nervous system. You may bring a specific theme, experience or pattern to the session that you want to work with. We might also sit with the body and see what arises.

I use specific somatic and yogic practices and tools throughout the session to support your inner processes and explore embodiment. At the end you’ll get time for integration through a relaxing Savasana.

Sessions are 120min long and held in our studio in Freiburg or online via Zoom.

1:1 – Somatic Stress Regulation 

These sessions are for you if you are in a state of chronic stress and have difficulties finding ways to release, rest and regenerate.

I support you through somatic tools for your daily life and restorative practices that help you find relief from stress and balance the nervous system when it feels overactive or shut down (like feeling wired or numb).

The goal is to build more agency and self-understanding by learning to listen more deeply to the signals of your body and setting healthy boundaries when needed.

Through working with rather than against the adaptive intelligence of your nervous system you cultivate nervous system flexibility: know how to move between states of activation and excitement and return to states of ease and relaxation without staying stuck in fight/flight/freeze.

Gently restoring the innate capacity to move fluidly through different states strengthens your ability to cope with everyday challenges and reawakens full prismatic aliveness.

This is a supportive space for your process of setting boundaries, connecting to enoughness so you can release and rest deeply – not from a place of self-improvement & pressure but from a state of deep listening and attuning. We reestablish trust in your inner guidance and nurture the connection to your truthful being – in each moment.

These somatic coaching sessions are for you when you find yourself at a turning point, having an important life decision to make or feeling stuck and wishing for change, purpose and clarity on what steps to take next in your life.

I support you in finding a life concept and professional vision that feels truly authentic, alive and aligned for you by not only working intellectually but holistically with your body-mind-heart.

Through the curious exploration of your immediate bodily experience, deep insights and realizations can emerge from within.

While the mind can create any narrative it wants, the body cannot lie about what we are truly feeling and longing for.

Learning how to deepen the relationship to your body and making your life choices with respect to your somatic intelligence fosters a more joyful, authentic and sustainable way of life.

This is a supportive space for your transformation and creation of your own vision – not from a place of self-improvement & pressure but from a state of deep listening and attuning. 1:1 – Learn To Trust Your Body 

These sessions are for you when you are feeling disconnected from your body and finding it hard to be in a trusting and embracing relationship with your soma: the living organism in its wholeness.

As you feel the desire to build a deeper connection to your body and cyclical nature, let me support you in this process through somatic and yogic practices that nurture the understanding of and relationship to your embodied self.

Your relationship with your body is the longest one that you will ever have. It is never too late to begin to work on such a vital and important relationship.

Our bodies, like all of the other bodies we are in relationship with, don’t like to be controlled, told what to do, or who they are. Our bodies want to be experienced and related to.

Somatic work is not about being perfectly healed, it is about becoming more of ourselves, of who we have always been. We can support our system's natural tendency towards wholeness through somatic practices fostering a felt sense of safety, empowerment & connection and by returning to our inner and outer natural cycles.

This opens up a world of possibility and constitutes a return to your most natural birthright—being in embodied relationship to yourself and to life.
